Getting Started with Pault

When you launch the app, you'll be greeted with a password prompt right away. The first time around, you'll need to set a master password. Remember this one well because it’s the key to accessing everything in Pault! After that, you'll see a clean main window with a table for all the entries you add, plus an easy-to-use toolbar up top.

Adding Passwords Made Easy

Adding new passwords is super simple—really! You just fill out three fields. They’re all required, but keep in mind that the password field isn’t hidden. So make sure no one’s peeking over your shoulder while you type it in!

No Limits on Your Passwords!

You can add as many passwords as you'd like; there’s no limit here! And for extra peace of mind, you can back up your vault too! But here’s a little heads-up: once you've created that backup file, there’s no way to open it or use drag-and-drop features with it. So it's important to manage everything carefully within that single vault.
