In order to use PathLen effectively, follow these simple steps:

1. Create a shortcut on the desktop


2. Drag and drop any path from the Windows Explorer onto the shortcut


3. Alternatively, make a shortcut in your SendTo folder and use the context menu

Note: Windows has a maximum path length limitation of 259 characters. If the initial path exceeds this limit, Windows may fail to run PathLen. However, PathLen can still report the longest path found, which may be longer than the initial limitation.
