Description
PasswordManager
PasswordManager is a simple tool designed to help you store your account details safely. We all know it's super important to have different passwords for each of our accounts, but let’s be real—remembering them all can be a total headache. Luckily, there are apps like PasswordManager that aim to make life easier!
Easy to Use, But...
With PasswordManager, you can add as many entries as you want to your database. Each entry includes your username, password, and some other info you might need. Sounds great, right? Well, here’s the catch: the way it displays this information isn’t user-friendly at all.
Poor Layout and Features
The data isn't shown in a neat table format, which makes it hard to read. Plus, there’s no option to sort your entries based on usernames or passwords. You can’t even search for specific details or categorize your passwords. So while adding account info is straightforward, finding it later? Not so much.
Security Concerns
Now let’s talk about security—this is where PasswordManager really drops the ball. Your passwords are saved in an unprotected TXT file right in the app's folder! And guess what? That file is literally named “Passwords.” There's absolutely no encryption or protection on that document.
Risk of Losing Your Credentials
This means anyone who gets access to that folder can easily open the file and see all your sensitive information—yikes! All they need to do is copy that small file, and they’ll know where each password can be used. It makes securing your accounts feel impossible!
Not Recommended
Sadly, we can't recommend PasswordManager in its current state. With such glaring security flaws and a messy interface, it’s more likely to expose your passwords than keep them safe. If you're looking for a reliable way to manage your credentials securely, you might want to check out some other options.
