Description

PaperCrop

PaperCrop is a handy little tool for Windows that makes it super easy to crop PDF files. This is especially great if you want to read them on your e-book device, which has a smaller screen. No more squinting at tiny text!

Portable and Easy to Use

The cool thing about PaperCrop is that it’s portable. This means you can pop it onto a USB flash drive or any other device and take it with you wherever you go. Plus, since it's portable, it doesn’t mess with your Windows Registry, so there are no leftover traces once you're done.

Upload Files Effortlessly

You can easily upload your PDF files into the program. Just use the built-in browse function or drag and drop them right into the workspace. It’s that simple!

Smart Cropping Features

One of my favorite features of PaperCrop is its smart cropping system. It automatically highlights the areas that need to be cropped. But if you want more control, you can manually set the cropping parameters like top, bottom, left, and right values along with margins and gaps.

Save Your Settings

The tool saves your newly cropped PDFs in the same place as the originals by default. And guess what? You can adjust how pages look too! You can generate pages with one or two columns, choose between landscape or portrait orientation, fit images to the screen, or even save a single image per page.

Batch Processing Made Easy

If you've got several PDFs to crop at once, you're in luck! PaperCrop supports batch processing, allowing you to add multiple files and work on them simultaneously.

Customization Options

You can process just the current page or all pages if you prefer. Plus, save your favorite settings for future projects—no need to set everything up from scratch next time! And if you're feeling adventurous, you can extend its features using Lua scripts.

Performance Insights

During our testing of PaperCrop, we noticed it delivers solid output results pretty quickly! Just keep in mind that it might use up some CPU and memory resources while running.

Your Go-To Tool for PDF Cropping

If you're looking for an efficient way to crop PDFs so they’re perfect for reading on e-book devices, then PaperCrop has got your back!
