pAgenda is a free software tool written in Python that helps you manage your appointments. It's super easy to add important events, and you can also create to-do lists and contact lists!

User-Friendly Calendar Management

The interface is pretty simple, but it gets the job done! Before you start using it, you'll need to enter a username to get added to the list. This program is great for handling multiple calendars since it uses its own SQLite database.

Navigating Dates and Appointments

You can easily navigate through dates on the calendar and even check out an analog clock. Adding appointments is as simple as entering the time and description. Plus, creating your to-do lists just takes a few notes! You'll know what's what because tasks have two asterisks next to them while appointment times are shown above each event.

Creating Contacts Made Easy

You can also create contacts by filling in their first name, last name, physical address, email address, phone number, and even a description. If you ever need to export your contacts or appointments, pAgenda lets you do that too! You can import them later along with data from Outlook CSV files.

Customization Options Galore

There are plenty of options for customizing your experience! Want Sunday or Monday as the first day of the week? No problem! You can enable alerts, toggle between contacts and to-do list views, and even set pAgenda to run automatically every time Windows starts up. It also keeps track of everything by creating a log file when you exit.

Performance and Considerations

This tool is lightweight on system resources. During our tests, it didn't hang or crash at all—no error messages either!

A Few Drawbacks

But let's be real for a moment: because of its interface design, pAgenda might seem like it's still in progress. Also, keep in mind that it hasn't had an update in quite some time.
