OrgDoc


OrgDoc is a super user-friendly software that helps you easily map out the employee hierarchy in your company. You can store data as ODOC format files or import info straight from Excel. And guess what? You don’t even need to have MS Office installed on your computer!



User-Friendly Interface


The program comes with a clean and easy-to-navigate interface. It has several panels that you can show or hide based on what you need to see at the moment, so it won’t clutter your workspace.



Main Features of OrgDoc


In the main window, there’s a visual panel where you can add employees, an editing section for tweaking how the chart looks, and even a spreadsheet panel for managing data. To get started, just enter your team members using the context menu options. You can add root items and then assign as many child elements as needed.



Editing Options


You’ll find a box for entering text about each employee—the first line is their title. Plus, with tools like the ‘Bulk Editor’ and ‘Tree Editor’, adding multiple people at once becomes a breeze!



Customizing Your Chart


If you want your chart to look sharp, OrgDoc lets you load images for each person right from your computer. In the ‘Basic’ tab of the ‘Node’ section, you can adjust photo margins, size, transparency, and alignment under the ‘Advanced’ tab.



Chart Design Features


The ‘Chart’ section is where all the fun happens! You can customize colors, fonts, backgrounds, and shapes to give your document some flair. Once you're satisfied with it all, export your creation to PDF or save it as an image (BMP, PNG, JPG, GIF).



Data Organization Made Easy


But wait—there’s more! OrgDoc also acts like a data organizer. The spreadsheet part lets you handle large sets of info and link external files to specific entries with ease using the left bottom splitter button.



Edit Like You Would in Excel


The internal spreadsheet editor works much like Microsoft Excel, allowing you to create and organize information neatly. Plus, any files generated can be saved in XLS format for further editing.
