This software has separate editing windows for all the different things it can help you manage, like warehouses, categories, materials, vendors, customers, transfers, and incoming goods. The forms are really straightforward to fill out. You can easily add new entries and also look at an overall report whenever you need.



View and Import Data Effortlessly


Each menu lets you see the list of items you need to handle. You can even open reports in a new Excel workbook or import data from other sources! Just a heads up: this VBA tool only works with .XLSX files when pulling in information for vendors, customers, categories, or products.



Monitor Product Status Effectively


While it's primarily a financial tool for checking the status of products and stocks, ONYX Inventory Management doesn’t deal with customer transactions directly. It won’t generate invoices or receipts for you. However, it does let you record incoming batches and manage merchandise transfers between different warehouses. This feature is super useful if you're juggling multiple storage spaces at once!

The records are saved in a small database for future reference. The best part? ONYX Inventory Management is simple to use! There's no need for installation; just open it with Microsoft Excel. This makes it super easy to export info into an Excel spreadsheet as well! You can view overall reports, save data as .XLSX files or other formats supported by Excel, and print out any information quickly.
