To keep things easy, Okra has a status bar panel that pops up with just one click of the mouse. Even if you're using another app, this panel stays visible until you click its icon again. This means you can always get to your file manager without any hassle!

Stay on Top of Your Files

Your Okra panel will always be on top of other windows, so you won’t have trouble finding it. Just a heads-up: there aren't any customization options available, but there's a settings icon that lets you quit the app if needed.

Selecting Your Folder

When you're ready to start, you'll need to pick the folder you want to open in Okra. The app will launch a Finder window where you can navigate to the right directory. Once you're in, all the files will show up in the Okra panel along with their names, sizes, and icons.

While Okra doesn't have search features, it does let you sort files by various criteria like alphabetical order or date created and modified. As soon as you make a choice, the list adjusts in real-time! This makes it super easy to find what you're looking for.
