In the options menu, you can choose to hide the status bar and toolbar if that’s your style. There’s also an auto-saving feature and the ability to lock specific texts so they don’t get changed by accident. Unfortunately, only HTML code can be inserted here.

Limitations of NikPad

Keep in mind that while this app is great for many things, it doesn't let you add images or special characters like date and time stamps. It would have been nice if it supported more file types like RTF or DOC too!
