The Game Mechanics

This game uses a deck of 32 cards. Each player starts with three cards, then they get two more after some bidding happens. Once that’s sorted out, each player gets another three cards to keep the excitement going!

Language Support

You might find it interesting that even though Belote started in France, Net.Belote supports multiple languages! You can play in French, English, German, Italian, Spanish, or Dutch. So no matter where you are from, you can jump in without any trouble.

Bidding Options

The highest bid in this game is called All-Trump. Plus, there are options for Double or Re-double which can multiply your end scores by four! Talk about an exciting twist!

User Experience

The gameplay runs pretty smoothly overall; however, we did notice some odd behavior when resizing the main window. Also, having some in-game rules handy would be super helpful for those who are new to Belote or card games in general.
