NetAtlas
NetAtlas is a really cool plugin for Cytoscape that helps you make sense of tissue gene expression data. Basically, it filters cellular signaling networks so you can easily spot important patterns. With NetAtlas, you can find networks specific to tissues, key components of those networks, and even see which components share similar expression levels across different tissues.

- When you start up NetAtlas, it automatically checks if there are any newer versions available. No more guessing!
