This app is all about accessibility. Even though it has some small icons that might be hard to see, the layout is clean and organized. You can quickly look at upcoming events with the monthly calendars on the left side. Plus, there are two desktop buttons that let you access different features at the same time!

Create Events Effortlessly

When you're making a new event, just fill in details like which calendar you're using, the subject of your event, some body text for more info, and any extra notes you want. You'll also need to set a start and end date and time and choose an icon from the gallery. Don’t forget—you can turn on alarms and set repeat options too!

Manage Your Tasks

For tasks, it’s pretty simple! Just jot down a short description along with the date and priority level—low, medium, or high—and pick an icon to represent it.

Notes Made Simple

The note editor is lightweight with just enough customizable options like font type, size, color, and style so you can make it feel yours.

Your Address Book

You can easily add many contacts in your address book by entering their full name, email address, company details, website link, physical address, city name, phone numbers—and yes! You can even add their profile picture and sort them into specific groups.

Password Protection & More Features

You have options to protect myPortablePIM with your own custom password. If you're feeling creative, you can import your own icons or change how everything looks in the layout settings. From the “View” menu in the app, you can switch between daily and monthly calendars or check out newsfeeds and weather updates. Plus you can launch other apps right from there!
