Two Handy Tools

MyContacts comes with two built-in tools for managing your contacts and tasks. You can choose the one that fits your needs best! Each tool is separated by tabs and comes with its own set of fields and controls. Don't worry about losing any information; everything gets saved in a database that you can back up anytime, even in AK format.

Add All the Details

You can add plenty of details for each contact. The first tab shows general info like name, title, and address right at the top. You’ll also find sections for private and business phone numbers, websites, and emails. Plus, there’s a special field where you can save birthdays to send out reminders later on! Switch over to the other tab to add pictures, more categories, notes, and even up to nine custom fields for anything else you'd like.

Task Management Made Easy

If keeping track of time is more your style, MyContacts helps with that too! It offers a creation screen specifically designed for tasks with fields for title, due date, priority level, status updates, contacts involved, and descriptions.

User-Friendly Features

Below the creation fields is a list of all items you've made; it changes based on what component you're using. There are options to add new entries easily or export data in formats like TXT or XLS when needed!
