My Transistors is a handy tool that helps you keep track of all those tiny parts called transistors. You might not notice the little ones in your phone or computer, but they are everywhere! The bigger ones, though, can get lost pretty easily, and managing a bunch of them can be tricky.

Why Use My Transistors?

This software was made for folks who find it tough to organize their transistors. With My Transistors, you can store them in a simple database along with all their details. Just type in their names, and boom—the other info gets filled in automatically!

Getting Started is Easy!

No need to install anything; just launch the program by clicking on the executable file. After that, pick a UI skin you like and start adding your transistors. All you have to do is enter their name in the search box and hit Add transistor. If it recognizes the name, it will fill in all the details for you!

Add More Info About Your Transistors

You can also add more specifics like how many you have, what they're used for, and even equivalent types. Plus, if you need to change anything later on, that’s totally doable! Once you're done adding everything, use the search function to filter or sort your entries however you like.

A Few Things to Work On

One thing we noticed is that there's a spot for noting where each transistor is located—but figuring out how to input that info was a bit of a head-scratcher. Knowing where everything is really helps when you're trying to keep track of your items!

User Interface Improvements

It would also be awesome if you could rearrange the order of columns and keep their sizes between sessions. Right now, if you make a column wider and then restart the program, it resets back to its original size—which can be annoying for longer text fields.

A Functional Tool for Everyone!

You can change where your database is stored too! And while some might say the interface looks a bit old-school, it still does what it’s supposed to do—helping you manage those pesky transistors.

There are definitely areas that could use some improvement. But hey, since My Transistors pulls device parameters automatically, it's way better than using any random tool out there for this job!
