With My Club, you can create a new database or open an existing one that holds all your client info, including contact details and invoices. Adding, editing, or removing customer information is simple—just pick the entry you want from the dedicated tab. You can even add new customers while making a card or invoice.
Flexible Contact Details
You have the option to fill in contact details like full name, address, phone number, email, and any extra notes you want. The best part? None of these fields are mandatory! Plus, you can set payment methods for each customer individually. Once you've built your client list, exporting it to a CSV file is a breeze.
Billing Made Simple
When it's time to bill a client for services or memberships, you'll need to set your company’s charging policy first. You can apply common taxes or charge clients at specific times. Creating invoices is straightforward too; just generate a blank one or choose from templates you've made before!
A Few Inconveniences
Now, while the software is mostly reliable, there are some quirks. For example, there's no quick way to select customers when creating a new invoice—you have to fill in their info manually before searching for them. If you skip this step, you won't be able to select the customer or save the invoice.
Backup & Design Features
My Club lets you import and export client contact sheets and encourages you to back up your database whenever you're making big changes. You can also create personalized designs for your invoices and membership cards with pictures of customers and their expiration dates.
