MollyGuard is a neat little app for all you pet owners and parents out there. If you've got a furry friend or curious kids, you know how important it is to keep your Mac safe when you're not around. This app sits in your status bar, ready to protect your computer from any unwanted clicks or key presses.

Simple Yet Effective Functionality

MollyGuard is super easy to use! It simply blocks input from your keyboard and mouse. You can quickly lock or unlock these devices using the hotkey: Control+Option+Command+L. It’s that simple!

Status Indication Made Easy

Worried about whether MollyGuard is active? Just take a glance at its icon in the status bar. A black icon means everything is unlocked, while a red icon shows it's locked. Plus, if you want to customize it, head over to the Preferences window where you can pick an icon design—be it a dot, lock, or key!

Choose Your Locking Options

You can decide whether to block just the keyboard or both the keyboard and mouse. And if you're listening to music or watching videos, you can choose to keep those media keys working.

Accessing Your Mac Again

If your mouse stays active, you can change MollyGuard's status right from the menubar. But if not, you'll need that hotkey combo (Control+Option+Command+L) to regain access.

Getting Started with MollyGuard
