MetroTasks is a super handy app for both Windows 8 and 10. It helps you manage your tasks and to-do lists in a really easy way! The interface is super user-friendly, and all you need is a Google account to get started. Plus, you can take screenshots and send them via email or OneNote.

User-Friendly Interface

This app is available through the Windows Store, and it features a minimalist purple menu that’s not only eye-catching but also simple to navigate. When you launch MetroTasks for the first time, you'll be prompted to sync it with your Google account so you can start creating and managing your tasks right away.

Easy Navigation

If you look at the top left corner, you’ll see three lines that open up the app's commands. Here, you can search within MetroTasks, share screenshots through email or OneNote (if you've got it installed), and check out more info about your account and privacy policy. Just keep in mind that if you sign out, all your tasks will disappear!

Task Management Made Simple

The menu splits into two main parts: one shows overdue tasks, notes for today, or messages set for later. You can create your own list with any name you like and fill it up with tasks and notes.

Customizable Notes

You can even rename your to-do notes to make them easier to find later using the search feature. Once you've completed a task, there's an option to mark it as done so it's clear which ones are still on your plate.

Stay On Track with Due Dates

MetroTasks lets you set due dates for each task. This way, you'll automatically get reminders about overdue items! You can also add extra details to your notes or easily copy, cut, or paste text from other sources.
