Messi is a handy tool that helps you take super precise screen measurements. You can do this by putting a ruler on your screen that you can resize and configure however you like. Just a heads up, though: you can't have more than one Messi window open at once, and it won't remember your settings from one session to the next.

Easy to Use Interface

The Messi application has a pretty straightforward workflow. You can jump right in and start using it without any hassle. It comes with a yellow and black color scheme, and resizing the ruler window is as simple as dragging and dropping it around.

Accurate Measurements

You can move the ruler window using the arrow keys, which lets you get really accurate measurements both up and down or side to side. Just keep in mind that you can't rotate the ruler window, so measuring angles isn't an option directly. But don’t worry! You can still use Messi’s measurements along with some math formulas to get what you need.

Customize Your Ruler Settings

If you go into the Messi Preferences window, you'll find options to change how see-through (or opaque) your ruler is. Plus, there's an option for keeping the ruler always on top of your other apps. You can even put rulers on each side of the main window if that's what you prefer!

Color Options

You can switch up both the background colors and markings for your rulers—choose from Black, White, Red, or Yellow! Just remember to pick different colors for different settings so it’s easy to tell them apart.

A Great Tool for Screen Measurements

Messi is definitely a great helper when it comes to measuring things on your screen. Just keep in mind that you're limited to one ruler window at a time, and those personalized settings won't stick around after you close out of it.
