In the eventuality that the app does not play mechanical sounds, then the issue can be fixed by reinstalling Visual C++ and restarting the tool. For various games, it is recommended to open the tool with Administrator permissions.

In addition to the standard sounds embedded with the tool, you can add additional sounds by visiting the developer's website. Simply extract the files to the Custom Folder and restart the app to enjoy new sounds.

The program also packs an editor that lets you create, edit, and share your sounds with everyone. You can assign any sounds to your keys via two methods, either by directly editing them on the virtual keyboard or through the key list.

While Mechvibes does not include a function to help you trim audio files, there are numerous open-source tools available for this task.
