Mascot Wizard

Mascot Wizard is a handy desktop tool that makes it super easy to submit peptide mass fingerprint searches to a Mascot server. With its drag-and-drop interface, you can quickly get your data where it needs to go. This software uses the Mascot Distiller libraries behind the scenes to turn raw data files into high-quality peak lists.

How Does It Work?

Even though you can only process one file at a time, everything runs smoothly and automatically! Just keep in mind that Mascot Wizard is specifically for peptide mass fingerprints. If you're working with MS/MS data, you'll need to use Mascot Distiller instead.
