Features of Mapsoft Impress Pro

This software does more than just stamping text. You can also set up document info fields, a default index, a base URL, and security settings all at once. And don’t worry—these settings won’t change unless you want them to! You can print documents with an impression without making permanent changes (just remember to install Impress Pro first).

Text Impressions Made Easy

You can set your text impressions as watermarks either behind all the existing text and images or on top of them for headers or footers. It’s super flexible! You can even customize things like page numbering and date/time in different formats. Impress Pro works great with Acrobat 5.0’s transparency features too!

• Text: This is the actual text you’ll use to mark your document pages. You can include special fields for things like page numbers or date/time stamps that will be automatically filled in when you impress your PDF.


• Alignment: Choose how your impression aligns—left, center, or right.


• Name: Give your impression a name so you can easily find it later from the drop-down list.


• Position: Control where the impression sits on the page and its angle.


• Layer: Decide if the text should appear in front of or behind other content on the page.


• Font: Use any font installed on your system; you can even make it invisible if needed!


• Colour: Set the color of your impression using pre-set options or custom RGB/CMYK values.


• Transparency: Adjust how see-through you want your overlay text to be!


• Page Range: Specify which pages will get stamped with this impression.


• Page Spread: Choose whether to mark odd/even pages within your selected range.
