Easy Text Stamping Features

Besides just stamping text, Impress Pro makes it super easy to set things like document info fields, default indices, base URLs, open defaults, and security settings—all at once! Don’t worry; these settings stick unless you change them. You can also print documents with impressions without making permanent changes (just remember to install Impress Pro first).

Flexible Watermarks and Stamps

You can set your text impressions as watermarks too! They can either go below all the other text and images or above them for headers and footers or page numbers. There are even options to show page numbers, total pages, date and time in lots of formats. And guess what? It uses the transparency features from Acrobat 5.0!

• Text: Choose the text you want to appear on your PDF pages. You can even include special fields for page numbers and dates.


• Alignment: Control how your impression aligns—left, center, or right.


• Name: Give a name to your impression so you can reuse it later easily.

• Layer: Decide if your text shows up in front of or behind other content.


• Font: Use any font installed on your system; make it invisible or outlined if needed.


• Colour: Pick from pre-set colours or use RGB/CMYK options for custom shades.


• Transparency: Control how see-through your overlay text is—content below will be visible!


• Page Range: Specify which pages will get this impression.


• Page Spread: Select odd/even pages within your range to mark with impressions.
