MaintenWORKS is a super user-friendly software that helps you keep up with preventive maintenance for your equipment. It lets you schedule tasks based on how much you use your machines, making things way easier!

Getting Started with MaintenWORKS

Once you install the software, you’ll need to shoot off an email to get your activation number. Don’t worry though—it doesn’t take long to get it! After that, you're all set to start using MaintenWORKS.

User Interface and Setup

The interface might look pretty basic at first glance, but trust me, it’s really easy to navigate. You won’t need a PhD to figure it out! Just dive in and you'll be scheduling maintenance in no time.

Creating Your Maintenance Plan

The first thing you need to do is create one or more 'Plants'. Once that's done, you can add 'Divisions' and 'Assets'. Depending on your business type, make sure to name these categories so they’re easy to identify later—especially if you're adding lots of entries.

Inputting Data

You’ll spend some time entering data into the system because this step is key. You’ll have to manually input details for all your 'Suppliers', 'Spare Parts', 'Workers', and 'Preventives'. Yes, it's a bit of work upfront, but it pays off when you're ready to manage everything smoothly!

Scheduling Maintenance Operations

Once you've got all the necessary data entered, it's time to schedule those all-important maintenance operations! Use the working hours of your assets as a guide. This way, you can fix things before they turn into bigger problems!

Room for Improvement

Keep in mind that MaintenWORKS is still being developed, which means there’s potential for cool updates down the road. But even now, it’s super easy to use and really helps with managing industrial maintenance.
