LordPE is a handy tool for PC technicians, programmers, and those who really know their way around computers. It gives you a bunch of tools to work with PE files, which are essential for Windows programs. Compatibility Note

Before you dive in, just a heads-up: this app hasn’t been updated in quite some time. So, you might run into some hiccups with newer PE files or recent versions of Windows.

The cool thing about LordPE is that it comes in a portable package. This means you can stash its files anywhere on your hard drive or even on a USB flash drive. You can easily run the program on any computer without any fuss. Once you open it up, the main window is well-organized and has tons of options in the right-click menu.

Process Management

When you start LordPE, it automatically finds and shows all the processes currently running on your system. You’ll see details like process ID and image base for each one. If you click on an item from the list, it’ll show other processes that depend on it.

Dumpling Features

You can dump all sorts of info about processes to a file or choose specific addresses and sizes to dump multiple areas at once. There are two dumping engines available—LordPE and IntelliDump—so pick whichever one works best for you! Plus, it can fix image sizes or burn processes automatically if needed.

Edit PE Files Like a Pro

The PE editor lets you tweak things like entry points, image size, section alignments, timestamps—basically everything important in your PE files! You can also check out the section table and edit headers' hexadecimal codes too.

Advanced Editing Options

If you're feeling adventurous, modify directory info like export/import tables or security settings! LordPE even includes tools for calculating file locations and decoding timestamps.

Breaking & Rebuilding Features

This app lets you break EXE or DLL files right at the entry point! You can rebuild their structure and even unsplit INI files as needed!

User Configuration Options

You have options for keeping the frame on top of other windows or registering shell extensions for breaking entries. It’s pretty customizable!

Performance Insights

In our tests, LordPE didn’t hog resources; it kept CPU usage low while getting tasks done quickly. However, we did hit some errors when trying to break into various files and couldn’t connect to the dumper server—which makes sense given how old this app is now!
