Features of LookNote

The coolest thing about LookNote is its ability to analyze the text you've written. It shows info related to specific keywords in a sidebar that you can resize. This means if you're writing about something, you can instantly get extra details, images, or graphs without losing your place.

Limitations You Should Know About

But here's the catch: while LookNote has some neat features, it's not perfect. The results in the sidebar aren't sorted out, and unfortunately, you can't copy any of that information from there. Also, if you're used to pasting text into your notes or copying what you've written, you'll notice that these features are missing.

User Experience and Design

The design is pretty straightforward with two main panels for writing notes and checking search results. However, it lacks various formatting options—you're stuck with just a few fonts and text sizes. Plus, there aren't any themes to choose from.

Things That Need Improvement

If you try resizing the app window too small, some parts might overlap each other. The toolbar can become hard to reach if your notes go beyond one page since it blends into your text! And don't get me started on the scrollbar; it's tiny and tricky to grab.

The Future of LookNote
