Lifeclock is a super easy app made for computers running Windows 10, 8.1, and 8. If you ever wondered how old you really are, this app helps you find out your exact age based on your birthday!
This app doesn’t have any fancy options or complicated settings. It’s designed to be user-friendly, so anyone can use it—even if you’ve never used an age calculator before.
You can quickly grab Lifeclock from the Microsoft Store. Once installed, it sets up a shortcut that pops up on the Start Screen for Windows 8 and 8.1, plus in the Start Menu for Windows 10.
The interface has a neat flat look with big buttons that most Windows apps have these days. In the “Settings” section, you simply set your birth date and hit a button to save it.
The main screen shows off your real age—down to the seconds! It compares your birthday with the system clock. If you hover over any of those time units, like hours or minutes, it’ll show you how many total hours you've lived!
While Lifeclock doesn’t have a ton of extra features, it does let you share your age with friends via messaging apps, email, Twitter, OneNote—you name it! Thanks to its integration with common Windows features found in Metro apps.
We tested it out on some lower-end computers and found that Lifeclock runs smoothly without hogging too much CPU or RAM. You won’t have to worry about crashes or error messages while using this app.
So even though Lifeclock isn’t loaded with tons of options or customization features, it does exactly what it promises: gives you a clear way to find out how old you are in years, months, days, hours, minutes—and yes—seconds!
