Description
Latches is an application that simulates a RTLIB level-triggered latches (with and without reset input).
All you have to do is click the input switches to play with the standard latch register (set to 8 bit width) on the left part of the schematics.
The application is developed using the Java programming language and can be run on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux.
