Kookie Jar is a handy tool that makes it super easy to create and generate an endless number of email signatures (.SGN files) for your emails and news clients. If you've ever wanted to jazz up your email with a personal touch, this is the software for you!

Simple Setup Process

The setup process is quick and straightforward. You'll find familiar options that won’t confuse you at all. But, heads up! The full-screen installer does have a bit of an old-school vibe with its gradient background. It looks like Kookie Jar hasn’t seen any updates in quite some time.

User-Friendly Interface

The main window of Kookie Jar has a clean look and organized layout. You can easily create new signatures by adjusting various settings. These include choosing a project title and description, selecting formats like plain text, RTF, or HTML, adding taglines, using templates, setting text wrapping modes, or even including audio CD format strings.

Edit Your Signatures Anytime

You can tweak these properties whenever you want! Copy taglines and signatures or add new ones as needed. Plus, there’s a basic search tool to help you find any particular tagline quickly. You can even set how you want your taglines defined—whether that’s random or sequential order—and customize other details like format (single or multiple lines) and separators.

Customization Options Galore

If you prefer some automation, Kookie Jar lets you enable or disable timers based on what works best for you. You can also see your signature in different formats: plain text, RTF, or HTML. Want to keep track of everything? It’s easy to compile reports with all your signatures and tagline files.

General Preferences Made Easy

You can set Kookie Jar to minimize in the system tray and start up every time Windows boots up—until you say otherwise! If you're not into message confirmations on exit or warning dialogs popping up, no worries—you can hide those too! It even lets you remap keyboard shortcuts and choose external editors for the different template types.

Smooth Performance

In our tests, Kookie Jar ran smoothly without causing any crashes or errors in the operating system. It kept CPU and RAM usage low during its runtime too! Just wish they’d give it some love with updates since it seems like it's been off the development radar for a while now.
