Using Koch Trainer is super easy! When you open it up, you'll see options for different lessons like Koch, Random Words, or Callsigns. You can pick how fast you want your lessons—just set your words per minute speed, adjust the Farnsworth timing, and choose how many words you'd like to practice with.

Ready to start? Just hit that “Play” button! You'll listen and type what you hear into a scratch pad right in the app. No worries if you'd rather jot it down on paper; Koch Trainer doesn’t automatically score your answers so feel free to use whatever works for you.

Track Your Progress

To help keep track of how well you're doing, once your audio lesson wraps up, Koch Trainer will show you the code at the bottom of the main window. Only move on when you've hit that 90% accuracy mark!
