How to Install Kix2Exe

1. Run the Kix2Exe installer to set it up. The default path for installation is C:\Program Files\Kix2Exe.


2. You'll find a folder named binkix. Place kix32.exe and wkix32.exe into this binkix folder. Make sure you're using at least KiXtart v4.51 because of that password protection feature.


3. If you plan to use the /kixforms parameter, make sure to copy the Kixforms Classic DLL (kixforms.dll) into the binkixforms subfolder.


4. You can also add the Kix2Exe installation folder to your %PATH% environment variable. This step helps you call Kix2Exe directly from where your scripts are located.
