Kinome Viewer is an easy to use, unique, simple application that acts as a kinase viewer.
Although being able to robustly project data onto the kinome dendrogram is an important step in evaluating selectivity, a more useful scenario is to consider the underlying kinase profile in a broader context of known/published results.
Being developed using the Java programming language Kinome Viewer is a cross-platform utility that can be used on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux.
