KCeasy

KCeasy is a user-friendly front end for the giFT filesharing system. It's pretty cool because it lets you connect to different types of filesharing networks through plugins. This means you can enjoy sharing all kinds of files with ease!

Supported Networks

KCeasy currently supports some popular networks, including:

• Gnutella (like Shareaza, Gnucleus, LimeWire, Bearshare, and XoloX)


• OpenFT (a new network developed by the giFT project)

• Ignore Duplicate Shares: Now you won’t see duplicate or inclusive share roots!


• Simple IRC Chat Client: Added an easy-to-use IRC chat client for better communication.


• Library Filter: You can now filter your library for easier navigation.


• Sneaky Silent Install: No more annoying message boxes when doing a silent install.


• Meta Data Columns: Added columns to show more info in your library.


• Select Multiple Transfers: You can now select multiple transfers at once—super handy!


• Main Window Position Saved: The main window will remember its position next time you open it.


• Search Options Expanded: Search across various networks easily.


• Ares Plugin Added: Support for Ares is now included.


• Magnet Support for Ares: Though it's not super useful yet since Ares doesn’t return file names and sizes on hash searches.


• Ares Icons Included: New icons are added for Ares and unknown networks.


• Language Updates:: Updated translations for Italian and French and added Finnish translation too!
