How Jandi Works

When you launch the app, all you need to do is enter your GitHub username. No logins required! Jandi pulls data that’s publicly available, so it’s quick and simple. You can even track contributions from other users if you're curious about their activity.

Your Contributions at a Glance

After you set it up with your username, the app gets to work immediately. You’ll see a little counter in the menu bar showing how many contributions you've made today. Plus, if you click on the icon, you can check out the number of contributions for each of the last ten days! It really helps keep everything organized.

Easy Setup and Use

The best part? Getting started takes no time at all! Once you're all set up, just focus on your work while Jandi tracks everything for you. If you want, you can even have it launch automatically when you log in—super convenient!

Fun Icons to Track Progress

Jandi also has this cool feature where its icon changes based on how many contributions you've made each day. If there are no contributions, you'll see a fire icon. As you contribute more, it evolves into a sprout, then a leaf, and finally turns into a full-grown tree! It would be nice if we could customize these ranges and icons though.
