Getting started with iSchedule is simple. You begin by entering the date, start time, and how long each show will last. Once you have that down, you just add in the stage events one by one, while keeping an eye on the total duration of the show.

User-Friendly Performance Details Input

The performance details are easy to input using the top form in the app. For concert events, you’ll use the bottom input field to keep everything organized. After you’ve added all your show parts and their durations, iSchedule will give you a clear overview of your performance schedule—sorted neatly by start time!

Edit Your Entries with Ease

If you happen to enter the wrong duration for an event, don’t worry! You can quickly fix it using the “Modify” button at the bottom of the main window. Just select the entry you want to change and make your edits.

iSchedule is designed with one goal: making scheduling straightforward and efficient for macOS users like you. Plus, when you're done planning your shows, you can export your final schedule as a text file. This way, you'll have everything handy whenever you need to review your plans!
