Description
The app allows, after authentication with tax code and PIN (identification code issued via the INPS portal or contact center), to:
- Access your personal area which contains all your personal information;
- Consult your practices, viewing both a detail on past and current requests;
- Choose which tenders to view, delving into the relevant details for each of them.
There is also all the information on current and future tenders, through a direct link to the resources on the Institute's portal, which the user can consult even without entering their credentials.
In this version, all the information of interest to public employees who have requested the Home Care Premium service can be consulted using the functions:
• Main Performances;
• Questions Submitted;
• Supplementary services;
• Follow the practice process.
The FAQ section is always updated with frequently asked questions to answer recurring questions and satisfy user needs, in order to always provide an intuitive experience.
In subsequent versions, additional features will be included to interact with. With INPS Welfare - Management of Public Employees, the services of the National Institute of Social Security are always at hand.
