iHelp is a neat little app that makes managing Global Caché network adapters a breeze! If you're looking to find products on your home network or update the firmware for your iTach and iTach Flex devices, this is the tool for you. Just keep in mind, it only works with products bought directly from Global Caché, so rebranded models are not supported.

Easy Device Discovery

The app has a super simple user interface. When you open it up, you'll see a list of all the devices it found on your local network. Each device will have columns showing its IP address and Mac address. Plus, you'll easily spot the model name for each device.

Simplified Firmware Updates

Now, while Global Caché has its own way of updating firmware, using iHelp is much easier. The interface is as straightforward as can be! The app automatically finds the latest firmware version for your chosen device and updates it without needing you to load any firmware files manually.
