ICSviewer is a handy app that helps you turn your exported calendar files (.ics) into a neat table layout. Plus, it calculates how many hours you've worked! It’s super easy to use.
You can load an .ics file by just dragging and dropping it onto the grid or by clicking on Open... in the File menu. When you upload a file, it processes important tags like DTSTART, DTEND, SUMMARY, and DESCRIPTION. This means you’ll get all the info you need without any hassle!
The app splits your start and end times into two separate columns, making it easy to see what’s going on. It even calculates your hours for you! And don’t worry about rounding; hours are rounded to whole and half hours for accuracy.
If you want to focus on specific dates, just select from-to dates at the top of the screen. This way, you can easily narrow down what you're looking at without sifting through unnecessary data.
You also have options to hide or show different columns by checking or unchecking the boxes. If you'd like to set how half hours are displayed, there's a small pop-up menu that lets you do just that! The best part? The contents of the file update automatically every time you make changes.
Once you've got everything set up just right, click inside the grid and use CMD-A to select all your contents. Then hit CMD-C to copy them! It's that simple.
