HP On-Screen Display Utility is a lightweight utility that was developed especially for HP notebook users in order to help them simplify the way they interact with their devices by prompting them with useful graphical notifications whenever certain adjustments are made.

The pop-up graphic notifications are displayed whenever an adjustment such as increasing or decreasing the volume, increasing or decreasing brightness, but also muting the laptop's audio parts is made.

All you have to do in order to perform and complete the setup is launching the executable and following the on-screen instructions provided to you by the integrated helpful wizard layout. The setup package carries on the installation process without requiring any of your additional assistance.
