HotelASP

HotelASP is a super handy software application that helps you manage your hotel with ease. It’s packed with tons of options and customization features, all accessible from your web browser!

Quick Setup

The setup process is pretty quick, so you won't be waiting around. Just keep in mind that it needs to install some components on your computer, like SQL Server, IIS Express, Report Viewer, and WinSaaS—unless you've got them already.

Checking Components

When you start up HotelASP, it checks the status of these modules along with the web server to make sure everything’s running smoothly. You’ll also see the default admin credentials when you log in for the first time, but feel free to change them after!

User-Friendly Interface

The interface might look a bit busy at first glance because HotelASP has loads of features for marketing, managing rates and availability, operations reports, and more. But don’t worry; it’s all organized to help you out.

Reservation Management

For each reservation, you can fill in details like guest name, nationality, room number, check-in/out dates, and even add comments or reminders. With HotelASP, you can build a complete database of clients and search through records easily. You can export data to files (like XLS or CSV), update info quickly, confirm or cancel bookings without fuss, input vouchers—basically handle everything smoothly!

Email & Marketing Tools

You can even send emails directly from the software! Create message templates and launch email campaigns or promotions effortlessly. Want to spruce up your hotel’s website? You can edit the master page layout including headers and footers for various pages.

SEO Management & Reporting

This tool also lets you update SEO settings like page titles and meta descriptions. Plus, you can track visitor stats on your website! There are plenty of features here like running booking simulators or generating detailed reports too.

Integrations & Performance

An awesome thing about HotelASP is its ability to integrate with platforms like Booking.com and Expedia! During our evaluation, we noticed it had a good response time to commands and didn’t slow down our computer at all. Even if its visual appeal needs a little work, HotelASP offers practical solutions for hotel management wrapped up in a user-friendly web UI.
