Hot Corners

Hot Corners is a cool little software that lets you set up shortcuts based on where you move your mouse. How awesome is that? With this tool, you can easily trigger different actions just by moving your cursor to the corners of your screen!

Easy-to-Use Interface

The user interface is pretty straightforward. You’ve got two tabs to work with: Hot Corners and Mouse Move. Each one helps you assign functions for those corners and edges of the screen.

Assign Mouse Actions

You can choose what happens when your mouse hits any corner—top left, top right, bottom left, or bottom right. Plus, you can set it up to do things when you slide the mouse over the upper, lower, left, or right margins of your screen.

Handy Shortcuts Available

This software lets you do a bunch of handy things! You can open up the Control Panel window, lock your computer, check out My Documents, run a favorite program, or even open specific files and folders. It also allows you to start your screensaver or quickly search online from a small window.

More Features

You can put your computer in standby mode, show the desktop quickly, minimize or close current windows—basically switch back to whatever was last on your screen with ease!

Activating Mouse Move Controls

If you want to use the Mouse Move controls, just hit the Windows key + X. Your mouse will jump to the center of the screen so you can activate actions going up, down, left, or right.

Tweak Your Settings

In the Settings, adjust how sensitive the Hot Corners are and set delays if needed. You can even make Hot Corners start automatically when your system boots up and show an icon in your tray.

User-Friendly and Resource-Efficient

The best part? It doesn’t use much of your system’s resources at all! There isn’t a help file included but don’t worry; Hot Corners is super easy to figure out!
