You can also adjust settings to automatically save system info reports, plus import devices using the ‘Computer audit’ feature.

Manage Workspaces Easily

If you go to the Workspaces section in the Document menu, you'll find all available devices and connected computers for each department. The Map tab lets you visualize assets on floor plans or room layouts. You can also generate reports like ‘Device specification’, ‘List of software’, ‘Workplace maintenance’, and even ‘Device transfer history’. Plus, it’s easy to ping specific IP addresses or search for more devices and licenses!

Network Connections Made Simple

The ‘Network connections’ window shows all departments along with their connections and basic details like manufacturer, label, and model for each device. This makes it super easy to plan out inventory connections within your organization.

User Management at Your Fingertips

If you're looking to view users, created groups, manufacturers, vendors, prohibited software statuses or device conditions, just head over to the Catalog menu.
