Description

Google Hybrid Maps Downloader

Google Hybrid Maps Downloader lets you create your own offline maps of any area in the world! It does this by grabbing small satellite images from Google Maps and stitching them together into one big picture. Pretty cool, right?

Easy to Use Interface

You won't have a hard time using this app. Just keep in mind that you'll need an Internet connection to access Google's servers and get those images. The user interface is super friendly, so even if it's your first time, you'll catch on quickly!

Getting Started with Downloads

To kick off the download process, there are a few simple steps you need to take. First, you'll need to input the exact coordinates for the area you're interested in. This means setting the left and right longitudes as well as the top and bottom latitudes for the tiles you want to extract.

Saving Your Project

You can save your project locally so you can come back to it later. Plus, picking where your downloads go is a breeze! Once you're ready, just hit that 'Download' button. The application will then analyze what it needs and show how many images it's about to grab while letting you track the download progress.

Joining Your Tiles Together

When everything's downloaded, you're all set to join those tiles together and generate your map! Just a heads up: it only saves in BMP format.

Your Final Map Awaits

The Hybrid Maps Viewer is there for you too! It allows you to check out your finished map just like you'd see it on Google's site.

Why Use Google Hybrid Maps Downloader?

If you're planning a trip or just want a detailed paper map of a specific area, This tool can make that happen! While online maps are great for exploring street-level views, having something printed out is handy when you're on the go.
