Description
gff2sequence is an application that enables its uses to convert GFF files to various sequence formats.
The “gene” and “mRNA” attribute must contain at least the “ID” field. You must also choose an output folder where all the generated sequences will be reported can also be selected.
gff2sequence is developed using the Java programming language and can be run on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux.
