This cool tool lets you get secure access to your files, applications, and email no matter where you are as long as you've got an Internet connection. When you log into your company network, the GetMyLAN client creates a special area called a sandbox for all your Internet programs like browsers or email clients.

This sandbox makes it feel like all your Internet programs are linked directly to the company LAN. The WiFi hotspot or any other network you’re using just acts like a carrier for the encrypted data sent between your remote PC and your company network.

You are completely protected from any insecure networks that might be around. The backend GetMyLAN server works seamlessly with our BarracudaDrive Secure Web Server.

BarracudaDrive Integration

The BarracudaDrive Web Server needs to be set up on one of your company's servers. Plus, you'll need to configure your gateway/firewall so that secure HTTP traffic (HTTPS) can flow between the BarracudaDrive server and other locations.

A Unique Approach with Secure HTTP

Since our technology runs on secure HTTP, it allows collaboration from places that VPN solutions usually can’t reach—like behind external company firewalls! The data gets compressed before it's encrypted, which helps make everything run smoother even on slower connections.
