Gapplin is a super handy minimalist SVG viewer that also lets you convert files. You can easily change file extensions to SVG or SVGZ, and it also lets you export the Alpha channel to formats like PNG, TIFF, or PDF. How cool is that?

Easy Visualization of Your Files

When you open Gapplin, the main window shows off your SVG or SVGZ files. You can zoom in and out of the images and scroll around with the side bars—both vertically and horizontally. Plus, it gives you useful info like file size, zoom level, and dimensions for width and height!

Edit Your SVG Files Effortlessly

If you want to edit your SVG file, just click on it! Gapplin automatically opens the files in your default text editor. And if you'd like to change which editor opens up by default, just head over to the Gapplin Preferences.

Automatic Redraws for Easy Updates

After making changes to a file, Gapplin can redraw the image automatically! If you prefer doing it manually instead, simply hit Command + R on your keyboard.

Customizable Background Options

By default, Gapplin has a bright white background that's fully opaque. But don’t worry if that’s not your style; there’s also a dark mode that lets you peek beneath the app window! You can easily switch background colors in Preferences and even set how opaque you want them.

Exporting Made Simple

The app makes exporting your SVG images super easy too! You can save them in popular formats like PDF, TIFF, or PNG for sharing with friends or colleagues.
