When making a new document, you'll need to enter some details like the receipt number and issue date, the full name of who’s getting it, and the amount in both letters and numbers. You also get to specify what it's for—like 'Down Payment', 'Monthly Installment', 'Rent', or any other reason you want!

Select Payment Method

You can choose how the payment was made and add the name of the person who issues the receipt. If you've got terms and conditions, you can either type them out or paste them right in.

Save and Export Your Receipts

Once everything looks good, hit the ‘Save’ button! This lets you see a print preview in another window where you can also export it as an Excel, Word, or PDF file straight to your computer. Don’t forget—you can customize your company’s name and logo from the ‘Settings’ section too!
