Forismatic is a super cool Mac OS X app that brings a bunch of inspiring quotes right to your screen. Whether you need a laugh, a little wisdom, or something to think about, this app has got you covered!

Easy Access from Your Menu Bar

This app hangs out in your menu bar and gives you a simple panel with all its features. It comes with three fun modes: Inspire Me, Spark of an Idea, and Relaxation mode. You can easily switch between these modes just by clicking the menu bar icon after setting it up in preferences.

Inspire Me Mode

The Inspire Me mode takes over your whole screen with an awesome quote and shows who said it. You can change the quote or even share it on Facebook or Twitter—all with just a click!

Spark of an Idea Mode

If you want something more subtle, check out the Spark of an Idea mode. Here, the quote and its author pop up in a neat little panel at the top right corner of your screen.

Relaxation Mode for Chill Time

The Relaxation mode is perfect if you need to unwind. It makes everything transparent so you can enjoy quotes while keeping your workspace visible. Plus, it tracks how long you've been relaxing—so you know when it's time to get back to work!

Tweak Your Preferences

You’ll find loads of options in Forismatic's Preferences window! Want to change the language? You can pick either Russian or English! You can also adjust how often quotes change in Relaxation mode and customize how ideas show up in Spark of an Idea.
