Flycut is a super helpful app that makes using your clipboard a breeze! It’s a small status bar menu app that lets you access not just the last thing you copied but up to 99 different text entries. Imagine how easy it is to switch between all those snippets!
Easy to Use
Working with Flycut is totally intuitive and user-friendly. The app records everything you copy automatically, so each clip gets saved as an individual entry in the status bar menu. No more worrying about losing that important line of text!
Quick Access to Your Clips
You can grab any of those text snippets back onto your clipboard whenever you want. Just click on the right entry in the menu! Plus, if you prefer keyboard shortcuts, you can use Shift + Command + V (which can be changed in Preferences) to bring up the Flycut bezel window. You can even customize how this window looks!
Customize Your Experience
The bezel window stays open as long as you keep the keyboard shortcut pressed, but if that’s not your style, you can make it sticky from Preferences too! There are also options for automatic pasting when you select a text or even stopping it from recording passwords.
Save Your Clips Efficiently
You have control over how often Flycut saves your clips—whether it’s never, when exiting, or after each clip. Plus, decide how many clippings Flycut should keep; you can set it anywhere from 10 to 99 entries! Talk about flexibility!
Sync Across Devices
The app even supports Dropbox sync, so your settings and clippings can be accessed on multiple computers. This feature was initially designed for developers but works great for anyone who needs to manage lots of text.
