Flirc is the handy app that works with your Flirc device, making it super easy to set up any remote controller for your Mac’s media center. You don’t even need the Flirc macOS application to use your device, but you will need it to map those keys!

Easy Setup with Flirc

The Flirc app lets you connect your remote's buttons to keyboard keys. This means you can control your media center without worrying about different protocols messing things up.

Automatic Key Mapping

You can quickly program the keys by just pressing the “Go” button in the Flirc main window, and following the setup wizard. Just press a button on your remote, and you're good to go!

Manual Mapping Option

If you prefer doing things manually, you can click on one of the virtual buttons in the Flirc main window. When it starts blinking, just hit a button on your remote. If everything connects correctly, you'll get a confirmation message!
