This handy app is actually a plugin for the iOS Simulator. It lets you take a close look at your app's layout and compare it with the final design your team created. With Flawless, you can make those pixel-by-pixel comparisons, making it way easier to get your app looking just right.

How to Use Flawless

Using Flawless is super easy! Just start up the iOS Simulator and choose your design files. You can do this by clicking on "Choose image" in the app's menu or simply drag and drop your images onto the menulet. Right now, it supports design files in formats like Sketch, PNG, JPG, TIFF, and GIF. If you have PSDs, no worries! Just convert them to one of these supported formats first.

Quick Design Switching

Once you've got everything loaded up, switching between designs is a breeze with keyboard shortcuts. Just hit ⌃+⌥+→ to flip through them or use ⌘+⇧+R to change how you're comparing them. If you ever need to remove a design from the screen completely, just press ⌘+⇧+E!

Comparison Modes

You can compare your current app layout with the final design in two ways: split mode and overlay mode. The overlay option even lets you customize transparency! Plus, Flawless will automatically alert you if any images are at the wrong resolution and suggest what resolution works best for the iOS Simulator.
